1. Use of Information
Retechnica is the sole owner of the information collected via any of its Services. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
2. Collection of information
In order to use certain portions of the Retechnica Services, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as but not necessarily limited to name, email address and company name). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Users are not required to complete any registration form to use our site, however, access to certain areas on our site and downloads may be restricted to registered visitors.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Retechnica as you use its Services. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by Retechnica for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of any of the Web sites operated by Retechnica.

3. Choices regarding your Personal Information

Retechnica collects and uses your personal information to deliver the services you have requested. Retechnica also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Retechnica and its affiliates. Retechnica does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. 8. Legally Affiliated Entities
In the event that Retechnica is merged, or in the event of a transfer of our assets, Retechnica Services or operations, Retechnica may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with such transaction. In the event of such a transfer, Retechnica will notify you via email or by posting a prominent notice on our Site for 30 days of any such change in ownership of Retechnica resulting in a change of control of your personal information.
